Straits (Mexico, Acapulco)

After the update, I managed to move an army onto Acapulco via the strait, but now I can't seem to move him back, when I try it says not enough movement points similar to the issue before where you couldn't move across the straits.  It may be my own ignorance, but the army in question has enough points and there is no visable enemy fleet blocking the crossing. Shall I send a save?

Edit: So it appears the enemy still hold the city there, but a seige hasn't been declared when my army arrived? So that might be the issue. I can move all units out so long as I leave one there, but it doesn't seem to acknowledge a siege at all. Is this becuase I do not have a fleet blockade? Though I imagine I should be able to retreat so long as no enemy fleet is present.

I saw it, its the same problem we had we Montevideo. It works if you move quite fast the unit, of course this is not a valid solution.

The siege of Acapulco or San Blas, in Mexico, is not the same as Montevideo o San Juan Ulua. They were always land sieges. You should not need a ship and strait connection in Acapulco or San Blas. IMO.

No, they are land connections
